Who is AstroGadgets.com?
AstroGadgets.com was founded in 2001 by David Carter. No big corporation here, just me.

Why do I do this?
Well, it’s certainly not to get rich! When I purchased my first Meade AutoStar-equipped telescope several years ago, I was appalled by the prices charged by the manufacturer for serial cables and other accessories. I decided to make a serial cable for myself, and then began making them for my friends in the hobby. I eventually offered my cables on eBay & on my own website, which is when AstroGadgets.com got its start. Over time, I got requests for different types of cables, and added them to my product line. Where am I located?
AstroGadgets.com is located in the US, in a suburb of Atlanta, GA. I ship to practically every corner of the globe. I have even sent NexStar cables to Antartica!
